Skipping Girl - Night (A2 fine art print)
$200.00 AUD
This is an unframed, A2 sized fine art inkjet (giclée) digital print of my original reduction linocut featuring Melbourne's famous Skipping Girl (aka “Little Audrey”).
There are still a couple of the original reduction linocuts available (see here) but they are running out, so I have had the image professionally photographed, to reproduce as a fine art print.
The print is also available in A4 and A3 sizes. By special order, it can also be reproduced at 610mm or 1118mm in width. If you are interested in larger sizes, please contact me with your preferred measurements and I will give you an estimate for that size.
Skipping Girl is a great match with my "Mr Moon, Luna Park Melbourne" linocut (I have included photo of them together). Mr Moon is also available as a fine art print in the same size if you want a matching pair of Melbourne icons!
Edition: These fine art prints are part of an open (unlimited) edition. Below the image in pencil each will have the letters “OE” on the lower left (signifying “Open Edition”), the name of the work in the centre (“Skipping Girl - Night") and my signature on the lower right, followed by my printmaking “chop” in pencil.
Paper and Ink: The prints are reproduced on Canson 310gsm fine art 100% cotton "rag photo" inkjet paper, using genuine Epson water-based ink. The paper has a silky-smooth matte finish on a white base. It gives superb image reproduction and excellent archival performance.
Measurements: Paper size - A2 (420mm x 597mm) Each print has a minimum printing margin of 15mm. The margin gives a safe handling space, allows the image to "breathe" on the paper and gives me room to hand-edition the works underneath the image.
Handling: Please be very careful not to touch the printed area of the fine art prints when you are handling them, as fingerprints will leave visible marks on the ink!
Letter of authenticity: Each fine art print comes with a letter of authenticity and a reminder about careful handling of the prints.
Timing: If you are in Australia, please allow 10 days after placing your order for your print to arrive. This allows time for your artwork to be printed, editioned and posted to you. Overseas order timing will vary based on your location, but will likely take at least 2 weeks. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need more urgent delivery and I will do my best to get your print to you asap!
Please note:
- The colours of the print may vary slightly from what you see on the screen (as computer monitors may display colours differently)
- As the artist, I retain copyright in all works I produce. Copyright does not transfer upon sale.
