The Wonderful Ned is an original, limited edition reduction linocut.  

Ned was our family's faithful Siamese cat.  This print shows him looking off into the garden, as he loved to do.  The bird in the top right hand corner symbolises his soul, flying up to heaven.  If you look closely, you will also see that one of Ned's ear tips and the tip of his tail are turning into flowers, representing the circle of life.

Each Wonderful Ned print has been through the press at least 5 times (once for each colour you can see in the print other than white).

Edition: Edition of 12, each signed and numbered in pencil. My printmaking “chop” is also applied on the lower right hand side of the print

Paper: Aquarelle Arches hot press 300gsm (a beautiful, high quality printmaking paper made from 100% cotton)

Image size: 20cm wide x 30cm high

Paper size: Approximately 28.5cm x 38.5cm (there are some minor individual differences, as the paper for each print is hand-torn)

• Each print is produced by hand, and has passed through the printing press multiple times to create the final image. As a result, all prints within an edition are unique, and your print may vary slightly from the images shown.
• The colours of the print may also vary slightly from what you see on the screen (as computer monitors may display colours differently)
• As the artist, I retain copyright in all works I produce. Copyright does not transfer upon sale.
